On November 24 and 25, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The IPL 2025 auction, which took place over two days at the Abady Al-Johar Arena, gave the ten IPL clubs a chance to assemble the core of their squads for the upcoming three seasons.
Every three years, the IPL super auction gives clubs the opportunity to rotate their rosters and, if they so want, start again.
At the IPL 2025 auction, the 10 cricket clubs assembled to choose the top players from a pool of 577 players, 367 of whom were Indian and 210 of whom were foreign.
